From the perspective of mechanical structure, the housing of the valve electric device needs to have sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the stress generated by internal components during operation and the impact force that may come from the external environment. Generally, high-quality aluminum alloy or cast iron materials are used, and after fine processing, the surface of the shell is ensured to be flat and smooth, without defects such as sand holes and cracks. This not only prevents external impurities from entering the interior, but also provides a stable installation foundation for internal components. The connecting parts should adopt reliable sealing methods, such as rubber sealing rings or mechanical seals, to ensure that there will be no leakage during long-term use, especially in some working conditions that require high medium sealing, such as valve control in corrosive liquid transportation pipelines in the chemical industry. The control circuit is also a key technical requirement. It should have precise control capabilities, be able to accurately receive command signals from the control system, such as switch signals or analog signals, and convert them into corresponding motor rotation actions to achieve valve opening, closing, and precise position adjustment. The control circuit should also have comprehensive protection functions. When abnormal situations such as overload, overcurrent, and overheating occur, the power supply should be cut off in a timely manner or corresponding protective measures should be taken to avoid damage to the motor and other components. For example, when the motor is overloaded for a long time due to valve jamming, the protection circuit will automatically shut down and issue an alarm signal to remind the staff to carry out maintenance.
In addition, the transmission mechanism of the valve electric device also has strict technical requirements. The transmission gear needs to be manufactured using high-precision machining technology to ensure the hardness and wear resistance of the tooth surface, in order to ensure good gear meshing, smooth transmission, and low noise during frequent start stop and forward/reverse processes. The transmission components such as lead screws also need to have high strength and accuracy, so that the opening of the valve can be precisely controlled, meeting the demand for precise adjustment of parameters such as flow and pressure in industrial automation control.

Only by strictly following relevant technical standards in each link can they operate reliably in complex industrial environments and provide strong guarantees for efficient and precise control of industrial production.
