Aerobic fermentation tankIt is a device designed based on the principle of aerobic microbial metabolism. By optimizing conditions such as oxygen, temperature, and humidity, it accelerates the decomposition of organic waste and ultimately converts it into stable and harmless organic fertilizers
Aerobic fermentation tankIt usually consists of the following parts:
Tank body: a cylindrical container placed horizontally, equipped with mixing or flipping devices inside, mostly made of 304 stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and with a long service life. The tank adopts a double-layer insulation design, filled with polyurethane foaming agent to reduce heat loss and ensure fermentation throughout the four seasons.
Mixing system: a spiral blade or paddle structure used to flip materials, ensuring uniform distribution of oxygen and avoiding anaerobic environments. It is recommended to use a double helix structure for the mixing shaft to reduce material sticking to the wall.
Ventilation system: Oxygen is continuously delivered through bottom or side wall ventilation holes, high-pressure vortex air pumps, and other equipment to maintain a dissolved oxygen concentration of ≥ 5mg/L and meet the metabolic needs of microorganisms.
Temperature control system: Sensors are linked with heating/cooling devices to maintain a high temperature environment of 55-70 ℃ in the middle and later stages of fermentation, accelerating microbial activity.
Exhaust system: Exhaust the waste gas generated by fermentation (such as CO ₂, water vapor), while regulating the humidity inside the tank to prevent the material from being too wet or too dry.
Exhaust gas treatment system: equipped with biological filter or activated carbon adsorption device, to remove odorous gases such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, and reduce secondary pollution.
