Precision electronic balance is a high-precision quality measurement device widely used in various fields such as scientific research, medical care, pharmaceuticals, chemical engineering, and food. It is known for its digital display and high sensitivity, and is one of the core instruments in modern laboratories.
1、 Working principle
Precision electronic balanceMainly based on the principle of electromagnetic force balance or the principle of strain gauge sensors for quality measurement. Among them, the electromagnetic force balance balance balances the gravity of the measured object by the electromagnetic force generated by the current, thereby achieving high-precision weighing; Strain gauges convert mass by detecting small deformations. Regardless of the method, the core goal is to control the quality measurement error within a very small range, usually up to 0.1mg or even higher.
2、 Performance characteristics
High precision and high resolution: can be precise to the milligram or even sub milligram level, meeting high standard experimental requirements.
Automatic calibration function: Many models have an internal weight automatic calibration (AutoCal) function to ensure long-term stability.
Strong environmental adaptability: equipped with temperature and humidity compensation mechanisms, suitable for complex experimental environments.
Data output interface: equipped with RS232, USB and other interfaces, convenient for connecting to computers or printers, and easy for data management.
Windproof design and stability reminder: Most products are equipped with windproof covers and weighing stability indicator lights to improve operational accuracy.
3、 Application Fields
Research and Teaching: Used in fields such as chemical analysis, physical experiments, and biological research to support cutting-edge scientific research.
Pharmaceutical industry: precise weighing of raw materials and finished products in drug research and development, formulation preparation, quality control, and other processes.
Food industry: used for food ingredient analysis, additive control, quantitative weighing before packaging, etc.
Environmental monitoring: used for quality analysis of soil, water samples, air particulate matter and other samples.
Jewelry and precious metal identification: used for high-precision applications such as precious metal content determination and gemstone density detection.
4、 Usage method
Place the balance on a stable, vibration free, and strong magnetic field interference free workbench;
Connect the power and preheat for more than 30 minutes to bring the instrument to a stable state;
Calibrate before use (manually or automatically);
Open the windproof cover and place the sample to be tested on a weighing boat or weighing paper;
Close the windshield and wait for the values to stabilize before reading and recording;
Clean the weighing tray after use and turn off the power.
Precision electronic scales play an irreplaceable role in the development of modern technology due to their accuracy and stability. Whether exploring the microcosm or ensuring the quality of daily products, it is an important bridge to scientific truth.
