After detailed pre-sales technical communication and analysis by the user technical center, our silicate composition configuration analysis system has been successfully selected to provide overall services for the Sun Paper Lime Kiln (papermaking) project. We use the SL series S10 analyzer equipment to detect the chemical composition content configuration of lime and raw limestone used in papermaking. This equipment is specially developed and tuned for the detection characteristics of high calcium configuration samples (such as limestone, quicklime, hydrated lime, raw materials/clinker cement, etc., with a calcium oxide content range of<30%~≥ 95%) of silicate materials. The analysis linear correction and ion color detection are suitable for the full analysis and detection of sample elements with high accuracy and efficiency requirements. The detection tolerance is comprehensively better than the tolerance requirements of relevant national standard methods and has been recognized and praised by professional users.
