1、 Product Introduction

This asphalt mixture pavement permeability meter strictly followsJTG3410-2025 "Test Code for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering"Research and development, integrating fully automatic control, touch screen operation, and data printing functions, suitable for fast and accurate detection of water permeability coefficient of asphalt pavement.

2、 Operation process

1. preparation

• Place the instrument on a flat asphalt road surface or test piece, ensuring that the sealing ring is tightly attached to the road surface.

• Connect the power supply and turn on the switch at the back of the instrument.

2. Parameter Settings

• Turn on the touch screen and select the test mode according to the standard (such as "road seepage" or "specimen seepage").

• Set pressure values, time and other parameters according to JTG3410-2025 requirements (default parameters have been pre-set).

3. Start the experiment

• Click the "Start" button on the screen, and the instrument will automatically apply pressure and maintain a constant pressure, displaying the water seepage curve and data in real time.

• After the experiment automatically stops, the screen displays the final water permeability coefficient (mL/min).

4. Data saving and printing

• The results are automatically saved to the historical records, and the detection report can be directly output by connecting to a micro printer through the "print" button.

• Support USB data export, convenient for computer backup and analysis.

3、 Precautions

• Before use, ensure that the instrument base is clean to prevent loose sealing.

• Regularly calibrate the pressure sensor to ensure that the data meets the accuracy requirements of JTG3410-2025.

• When the printing paper is used up, replace the thermal paper roll to continue using it.
