4、 Installation:

5、 Usage:

Before starting up, it is necessary to familiarize oneself with the structure of the machine, check whether the electrical appliances are intact, whether the grounding is reliable, and use the manual button to start the machine.

The operation method of the preset counter on this machine is as follows:

1Pre set rotation speed.

① Press and hold the reset button.

② Simultaneously press the preset button to preset the required number of rotations.

2Turn on the power switch.

3Press the start button to start the machine, and when it reaches the preset speed, the machine will automatically stop. If you need to stop halfway, you can press the stop button. If you want to continue running, you can press the start button again. The counter can continue to accumulate counts.

4To use the machine again, first press the reset button, check the preset number, and then press the start button.

5The manual button is used to jog the machine, and the counter does not count when jogging.

6After shutdown, please cut off the power supply in a timely manner.

7、 Equipment maintenance and upkeep:

1.Regularly inspect the lubrication parts of rotating components and replenish lubricants in a timely manner. The reducer adopts molybdenum disulfide lithium based ester lubrication, and the lubricating ester is replenished once a year. The supplementary method is: when the reducer is running, unscrew the ventilation cap and use a grease gun to press lubricating ester into the ventilation hole. When the lubricating ester evaporates or leaks and causes overheating of the reducer during operation, it should be replenished in a timely manner.
