working principle
The cement slurry mixer is driven by a dual speed motor to achieve the combination of rotation and revolution of the mixing blades. The motor transmits power to the worm gear, worm wheel, and gear set inside the transmission box through a coupling. The main shaft drives the eccentric seat to rotate synchronously, causing the stirring blades fixed on the eccentric seat to revolve around the sun; At the same time, the stirring blade rotates around the fixed internal gear through planetary gears. This dual speed design (slow revolution speed of 62 ± 5r/min, fast revolution speed of 125 ± 10r/min; Rotate slowly at 140 ± 5r/min and quickly at 285 ± 10r/min to thoroughly mix cement with water, forming a uniform test slurry. The device supports two modes: manual and automatic. In automatic mode, the standardized program of slow stirring for 120 seconds, stop for 15 seconds, and fast stirring for 120 seconds is completed through a time controller.
Standard Operating Guidelines
Pre-operation preparation
Environmental and equipment inspection: Ensure that the equipment is placed on a horizontal table and cushioned with 5-8mm rubber plates to prevent vibration; Check that the power and grounding wires are securely connected, and that the electrical insulation resistance is ≥ 5M Ω.
Component installation: Place the cleaned mixing pot on the lifting seat and lock it by rotating the handle clockwise; Install the mixing blade and adjust the gap with the pot wall to 2 ± 1mm.
Material preparation: Weigh 500g of cement sample and determine the water content according to standard methods. When using the constant water content method, pour in 142.5ml of water first and add cement within 5-10 seconds.
operating procedure
Start and Stirring:
Automatic mode: Turn the switch to "automatic", and the device will automatically complete the slow mixing, stop, and fast mixing programs.
Manual mode: Set to "manual" and control the slow, stop, and fast stages through a three position switch, with manual timing.
Stop mixing and scraping: After the slow mixing is completed, pause and use a scraper to scrape the remaining slurry from the pot wall and blades into the pot.
Subsequent processing: After the mixing is completed, lower the mixing pot, scrape off the slurry, and immediately conduct tests on standard viscosity, setting time, etc.
Maintenance and Care
Daily cleaning: Rinse the mixing pot and blades with clean water after each use to remove residual slurry and prevent hardening and blockage.
Lubrication management: Add molybdenum disulfide grease to the gears and bearings inside the transmission box every quarter; The skateboard and column guide rail are regularly dripped with engine oil.
Component inspection: Wipe the equipment and cover it with a dust cover when it is not in use for a long time; Regularly check the deformation of the mixing pot to avoid excessive gaps.
Safe operation: It is strictly prohibited to touch the mixing components during operation; Stop the machine immediately for maintenance if the power cord is damaged or makes abnormal noises.
Precautions
Strictly follow the GB/T1346 standard and control the test environment temperature to 20 ± 2 ℃ and humidity to be ≥ 50%.
The rotation direction of the stirring blade should be consistent with the machine identification to avoid damaging the mechanism during reverse operation.
Before long-term shutdown, all equipment should be cleaned, lubricated, and stored in a dry environment.
