Structure: This machine consists of a frame, mixing device, transmission system, and electrical control system.

The rack is the supporting part of the entire equipment, composed of welded channel steel. The mixing device consists of a mixing drum, a mixing shaft, and a mixing shovel. The mixing shovel is fixed on the mixing arm and integrated with the mixing arm to form two sets of helical belt shaped mixing shovels with the same upward direction, lead, and helix angle. The gap between the mixing shovel and the inner wall of the mixing drum can be adjusted slightly.

The rotating mechanism is composed of a reduction motor and a coupling, and the arrow body limit device is composed of a locking pin and a positioning hole. The electrical control system has the functions of starting, inching, stopping, and timing.

Working principle: The deceleration motor rotates the mixing shaft in a certain direction through a coupling, and the material is mixed by the forward and reverse blades on the mixing shaft. Due to the effect of the spiral angle, the blade work is a cyclic action that pushes the material in the cylinder from one side to the other side, and then from the other side to the original position, so that the material is fully mixed and achieves the ideal mixing effect.

When unloading, the machine must be stopped and the locking button must be opened to discharge the mixed material out of the drum.
