3、 Operation method:

The testing details should refer to the current versions of British standard BS3900C6, standard ISO1524, ASTM-D 1210, and other standards. The term 'grinding fineness' is defined as the reading taken from a fineness plate under specific testing conditions, which indicates the depth of the dispersed solid particles in distinguishable grinding conditions. The selected grinding particles must be dry and clean, placed on a flat surface The test material used as the testing material is poured into the bottom of the groove, and the scraper blade is held with both hands at a suitable angle and steadily pressed longitudinally towards the fineness plate. Sufficient downward pressure is applied to the blade to clean the surface of the abrasive particles while filling the groove with particles. By observing the fineness plate, immediately record the measured grinding fineness at the appropriate angle and scraping angle. 4、 Repair and maintenance:

1. The surface and opening of the scraper must not be bumped.

2. Wash and apply rust proof oil after use.
