Daily maintenance skills for split paperless recorders
Date: 2025-11-25Read: 32
Split type paperless recorderComposed of a separate host and acquisition module (or sensor), the core of daily maintenance is "protecting the host, maintaining connections, and preventing interference". The skills are simple and easy to operate, ensuring stable operation of the equipment and accurate data collection:
1、 Host maintenance
Cleaning and dust prevention: Regularly wipe the host housing and display screen with a dry soft cloth to avoid dust accumulation at the buttons and interfaces; If there are stains on the display screen, gently wipe it with a slightly damp soft cloth. Do not use organic solvents such as alcohol or acetone to prevent corrosion of the screen.
Environmental protection: Place the host in a dry, ventilated, and cool place, away from high temperatures (such as equipment vents, direct sunlight), and humid environments (such as near laboratory sinks), to avoid moisture and aging of internal components of the host; Stay away from strong electromagnetic interference sources (such as high-power motors and frequency converters) to prevent abnormal data collection.
Button and interface inspection: Regularly press the button and confirm that the response is sensitive. If the button is stuck or unresponsive, do not press it hard. Check for dust blockage. If it is still abnormal after cleaning, it needs to be repaired in a timely manner; Interfaces (such as power interfaces and communication interfaces) should be kept clean, and data cables should be plugged and unplugged gently to avoid loose or damaged interfaces.
2、 Collection module/sensor maintenance
Connection inspection: Regularly check the connection wires between the host, acquisition module, and sensors to ensure that the plugs are securely plugged in and the cables are not damaged or aged. If any cable cracks or poor contact are found, replace or repair them in a timely manner to avoid data transmission interruptions.
Cleaning and protection: If the collection module and sensor are installed on site (such as workshop or laboratory pipelines), regularly clean the surface dust and oil stains to avoid debris covering and affecting the detection accuracy; If used in corrosive environments, it is necessary to confirm whether the protection level matches, and if necessary, install protective covers to prevent component corrosion.
Calibration check: According to the usage scenario (such as industrial production, laboratory testing), regularly calibrate the sensor (it is recommended to operate according to the manufacturer's required cycle) to ensure accurate data collection; Record the calibration results in a timely manner after calibration. If the data deviation is too large, promptly repair or replace the sensor.
3、 General maintenance points
Power maintenance: Use a stable power supply to avoid excessive voltage fluctuations; When not in use for a long time, turn off the power and unplug the plug to prevent standby current loss or lightning damage to the equipment.
Data and system maintenance: Regularly backup collected data (such as exporting to USB drives or computers) to avoid data loss; Do not modify device system parameters arbitrarily. If adjustments are needed, follow the operation manual and record the parameter values after modification for future recovery; If the device crashes or experiences data abnormalities, you can first power off and restart it. If the issue persists, please contact after-sales service.
Regular inspection: Conduct a simple inspection once a week or month to check whether the host display is normal, whether the data collection is continuous, and whether the connection wires are secure. If small problems are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner to avoid the expansion of the fault.
