Etiquette, as an externalization of civilization, is the beginning of good communication, and business etiquette is a compulsory course for professionals in the workplace.
To enable employees to proficiently master modern business, office, and social etiquette, further standardize Yudian's etiquette training system, and create a healthy and positive corporate culture. On March 19th, Yudian invited lecturer Lin Fengxia from Fujian Etiquette Association to provide business etiquette training to employees.

In the morning of that day, the employees who participated in the training had a good mental outlook. When they checked in, each person received a colored candy. Those who received candy of the same color formed a team and embarked on a fulfilling and enjoyable etiquette journey for a day. Before the training starts, the teacher uses a small game to break the ice for the activity, quickly creating an atmosphere and bringing the students closer together.
Subsequently, Teacher Lin focused on action oriented teaching, explaining the key points of business etiquette from six dimensions: healthy mentality, image etiquette, physical management, basic application etiquette, reception and visit etiquette, and communication etiquette. Through vivid picture displays, he used entertaining teaching and interactive teaching with practice to help everyone better grasp the content.

Teacher Lin introduces the display effects of different images of the same person, focusing on makeup and hair, clothing matching, and accessory selection. He comprehensively teaches everyone how to shape a professional personal image from head to toe, while adhering to the principles of elegant and appropriate beauty, and presenting a professional and capable image.



Attitude is a mirror that reflects personal cultivation, and it is also the main factor that constitutes a person's external beauty. The temperament displayed by good manners highlights a unique calmness and elegance in words and actions. The teacher demonstrated and explained common etiquette movements such as standing, sitting, walking, etc. one by one, allowing everyone to show their temperament through every gesture, every frown, and every smile.

Good business etiquette starts from the moment of meeting, with a proper handshake, appropriate introduction, respectful greeting, appropriate address, and a unique combination.

The teacher guided the students through stairs, served tea, and arranged car seats to teach them how to do a good job in customer reception, and told them that proper behavior can make customers feel at home.
Share the etiquette of 'you come'. The teacher shared the etiquette of 'I go' again. Compared to visiting at our own home ground, we need to pay more attention to details when we go out. From addressing, handing over items, opening and closing doors, to preparing, communicating, and bidding farewell, one must have a clear understanding and behave politely.

At the end of the course, the teacher talked about the most important skill in communication - praise. A beautiful voice is praise, it is gentle and strong, it has the power to be tempered into steel, reaching deep into the heart and making people move forward without hesitation.
