The processor module (CPU) is the core component of a computer, responsible for executing program instructions, processing data, and controlling the collaborative work of various parts of the computer. A processor module is a circuit board that integrates a processing unit (CPU) and related circuits, and is the core component of a computer system or electronic device.
Main functions
Instruction execution function: Read instructions from memory and decode them for execution, using techniques such as pipeline processing, superscalar, and very long instruction word (VLIW) execution to improve processing speed.
Arithmetic logic functions: perform integer operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, floating-point operations, as well as bitwise operations such as AND, OR, NOT, XOR, and can also perform comparison and branching operations.
Control function: Control program flow, implement loops, subroutine calls, etc., respond to interrupt requests, handle abnormal situations, and synchronize internal CPU operations.

Components
Processing Unit (CPU): It is the core of a processor module, responsible for executing program instructions, controlling data flow, and performing arithmetic operations. Its performance directly affects the running speed and efficiency of the system.
Memory chip: typically integrates random access memory (RAM) and read-only memory (ROM). RAM is used for temporary storage of executing programs and data, while ROM stores firmware or startup programs.
Bus interface: It is a channel for data communication between processor modules and other system components (such as memory, I/O devices, etc.), defining the speed and format of data transmission.
Clock generator: Provides a stable clock signal for synchronizing the operation of the CPU and other circuits.
