It can also be equipped with a large screen and wireless instrument, which can effectively simplify the workload of operators and avoid instrument damage caused by grease. Therefore, it has been widely used in slaughter scales.
1、 Preparation before installation:
Basic processing:
Ensure that the track foundation is flat, reserve sensor installation positions when cutting the track, and ensure that the foundation gap meets equipment requirements.
Prepare tools such as pressure resistant elastic tape, connecting screws, and jacks.
Equipment inspection:
Check whether the sensors, connection boards, and wiring harnesses are intact, and confirm the compatibility of the instrument and power supply.
2、 Installation process:
Sensor installation:
Place the sensor in the reserved position on the cut track, fix it with bolts and ensure it is level (using a jack for fine adjustment).
The sensor harness is collected through the wiring holes and connected to the junction box, and the signal wires are sequentially connected and tightened.
Scale body assembly:
Lift the scale body in sections, and tighten each section with connecting screws to ensure alignment between the platform and the track.
Install guardrails and limit plates on both sides to prevent the scale from shifting.
Electrical connection:
Connect the sensor harness to the junction box, then connect it to the instrument panel and perform a power on self-test.
3、 Calibration and Testing:
Parameter settings:
Enter the password to enter calibration mode and set parameters such as division value and maximum weight.
Perform 0-100% FS loading test, adjust zero drift and scale.
Functional verification:
Test the dynamic/static weighing mode, check the printing function and synchronization of the large screen display.
