Stainless steel electronic drum conveyor scaleWidely used for factory logistics automation in industries such as alcohol, dairy and beverage, cold food, daily chemical, pharmaceutical, postal and telecommunications. It is made of high-quality stainless steel material and has characteristics such as high strength, corrosion resistance, and waterproofing, which can adapt to various complex working environments.
Installation steps:
Basic preparation:
Venue requirements:
The installation base should be flat and stable, with a horizontal error of ≤ 2mm/m, to avoid vibration sources or strong electromagnetic interference.
The conveyor frame needs to be reinforced, and the deviation of the support legs should be controlled within 0.4mm. The rollers in the weighing area should have uniform specifications and flexible rotation.
Equipment inspection:
Verify the integrity of components such as the scale body, sensors, and instruments, and prepare tools such as a level and wrench.
Remove the transportation protection gasket and check if the drum bearings and sensor cables are intact.
Mechanical installation:
Scale frame positioning:
Align the centerline of the main scale frame with the centerline of the conveyor, and calibrate with a steel wire rope (diameter 0.5mm, constant tension).
Fix the bolts of the scale frame to ensure that the spring is vertical and not deformed. The installation direction of the secondary scale frame should be consistent with the flow direction of the material.
Roller adjustment:
Install the weighing area idler, and adjust the diagonal error ≤ ± 3mm after the height is 6mm, and the spacing deviation between adjacent idlers ≤ 0.8mm.
The electric drum needs to be connected to a power source and tested for speed (0.1-0.5m/s) and synchronization.
Electrical connection:
Sensor wiring:
The six wire sensor should be wired according to the instrument diagram, and the four wire system requires short circuiting of terminals 1 and 2. The cable should be protected and fixed through a conduit.
The shielded wire should be grounded separately to avoid parallel connection with the power line and prevent signal interference.
Instrument installation:
After fixing the bracket, insert the signal wire and check the tightness of the wiring terminals before closing the cover. There are no errors detected during the self check when starting up.
Configure a three color alarm light and a removal device (pneumatic/electric) with a response time of ≤ 0.2 seconds.
Calibration and Testing:
Static calibration:
Load standard weights (such as 50% range) and calibrate through the instrument menu, with an error of ≤± 0.1% FS.
Adjust the scale foot to center the horizontal bubble and tighten the nut to prevent loosening.
Dynamic testing:
Run without load for 30 minutes, observe the synchronization of the drum and the stability of the instrument.
Simulate the material to verify the weighing accuracy (such as ± 2g) and the effectiveness of the exclusion function.
