1、 Sealing leakage issue
Question:Multi channel rotary cutting valveHow to deal with a leak?
Answer: Prioritize checking the sealing ring between the stator valve core and the protruding part, as well as the sealing gasket at the bottom of the rotor valve core. If there is wear or aging, replace it directly. At the same time, clean the impurities inside the valve body to ensure a tight fit between the valve core and the valve seat. During installation, calibrate the docking accuracy between the protrusion and the receiving groove according to the manual.
2、 Valve body sticking problem
Q: What should I do if the valve rotation response is slow or stuck?
Answer: First, check if the working pressure exceeds the rated range. It is recommended to stabilize the inlet pressure between 0.6-1.0MPa. If impurities accumulate in the medium, ultrasonic cleaning can be used to clean the flow channel; If the friction force of the driving component is high, special lubricating oil can be added or the support ring guide groove can be checked for smoothness.
3、 Channel misalignment issue
Q: What should be done if there is a deviation in channel alignment during fluid switching that affects usage?
Answer: Check if the support ring is loose or deformed to ensure it provides stable guidance for the valve core transmission components. Regularly calibrate the switching accuracy of the valve body to ensure that the channel alignment error does not exceed 0.1mm. If the protrusion is offset, readjust the assembly position of the valve head and valve body.
4、 Channel blockage issue
Q: How to solve the problem of fluid flow obstruction caused by channel blockage?
Answer: After disassembling the valve, rinse the interior with pure water to remove salt precipitation, protein adsorption, or solid particle deposits. Clean the flow channel promptly after daily use to avoid long-term accumulation of impurities in the medium, and filter the fluid entering the valve to reduce the risk of blockage.
5、 Driver component malfunction issue
Q: What should I do if the driving component is working abnormally and cannot drive the valve to rotate?
Answer: Check the connection between the motor and the valve core transmission component. If the fit between the protrusion and groove is loose, it needs to be re tightened. Check if the optocoupler sensor on the motor control board is functioning properly and if the encoder signal is stable. If necessary, replace damaged drive components or motors.
