YXKY5131 chloride ion analyzer

1. Overview

The YXKY5131 chloride ion analyzer is designed to measure the chloride ion content in aqueous solutions, and is particularly suitable for quality monitoring of high-purity water (such as steam, condensate, boiler feedwater, etc.) in power plants. It can also be used in higher education institutions, scientific research structures, petrochemicals, microelectronics, and other sectors to determine the chloride ion concentration (or activity) in natural water, industrial wastewater, and other water.

2. Characteristics of the instrument

YXKY5131 chloride ion analyzerAdopting microcontroller technology, the operation is simple and convenient, and the digital display is intuitive and correct.

The instrument has manual temperature compensation and automatic temperature compensation functions (when the temperature electrode is connected, the instrument enters automatic temperature compensation and displays the current temperature; when the temperature electrode is not connected, the instrument enters manual temperature compensation and displays the manual temperature setting value).

In addition to displaying pCL values, the instrument also has the function of displaying chloride ion concentration values [CL].

The instrument has a beautiful and lightweight appearance.

3. Main technical parameters

Calculation error for converting 3.5pCL value to [CL+] concentration value: ± 0.3% (reading).

3.6 Instrument repeatability error: not greater than ± 0.03pCL ± 1 word.

3.7 Temperature compensation range of the tested solution: (5.0-50.0) ℃

3.8 Electronic unit stability: ± 0.02pCL/3h.

3.9 Normal operating conditions of the instrument:

a) Environmental temperature: (5-40) ℃;

b) Relative humidity: not exceeding 80%;

c) Power supply: AC 220V ± 22V; frequency 50 ± 1HZ;

d) There is no other magnetic field interference except for the Earth's magnetic field;

e) No significant vibration;
