How to detect the density value and specific gravity value of PP particles? In fact, this is a professional density testing instrument - PP particle density tester, model BOS-300A solid density meter. Compared with other competing products, the reliability of this series of products has been further improved, mainly solving common problems such as unstable measurement, inaccurate data, crashes, button failures, bent suspension wires, easy contact of suspension bars with container slots, and easy breakage of container slots that are widely stored in other products on the market. The focus is on improving measurement accuracy and simplifying operation steps and methods.

The PP particle density and specific gravity testing method includes the following steps (auxiliary tools such as glass cups and tennis balls)

1. In the 0.000 state, M1 flashes on the screen of the plastic density meter BOS-300A. Place the tennis ball in the center of the water suspension bar and the glass cup on the measuring rack. After the stability symbol "0" is displayed, press the [Mode] key to deduct the weight of the glass cup and tennis ball.

2. Place the PP particle sample into the glass cup on the measuring rack.

3. After the stable symbol "0" appears on the plastic density meter BOS-300A, press the [Mode] key once, and the memory status symbol M1 will change to M2, indicating successful weight storage in the air.

4. Take out the tennis ball from the suspended bar in the water and pour the sample of PP particles from the glass into the prepared tennis ball.

5. Wash the tennis ball containing PP particle samples in alcohol.

6. Place the PP particle sample that has been washed with alcohol in the center of the water suspension bar (note that there should be no bubbles on the surface of the sample, as bubbles can affect the results and need to be removed in a timely manner), and place the glass cup on the measuring rack.

7. After the stable symbol "0" is displayed, press the [Mode] key once to display the density value.
