System flue gas temperature requirement: ≤ 400 ℃ (on-site flue gas temperature meets system requirements)
System sampling flow requirement: 2L/min (determined according to the final installation plan, if the length of the sampling tube is greater than 10m, an extraction pump will be added to meet the system sampling flow requirement)
System instrument air pressure: 0.3Mpa
The total power consumption of the entire equipment (kVA): ≤ 5KVA
Scheme composition
Based on the requirements of Party A, the on-site situation, and economic cost considerations, two testing plans have been preliminarily formed through our personnel on-site investigation and detailed design and verification by the technical department:
Option 1
The design concept of this scheme is to equip each desulfurization tower with a complete set of SO2 monitoring system. This scheme can continuously monitor the SO2 emissions of each desulfurization tower in real time, providing a basis for process control and detecting data in real timeaccurateThe system runs stably, requires minimal maintenance in the later stages, has simple technology, and can solve monitoring problems in one go. The possibility of later technological upgrades is small, and the cost of on-site installation of auxiliary materials and debugging personnel is relatively low.
System schematic diagram:
Option 2
The design concept of this plan is to share one SO2 analyzer with two desulfurization towers, each equipped with separate sampling equipment, pretreatment equipment, and backwashing equipment. The analyzer can switch back and forth within a specified time (≥ 4 hours) to analyze and output the SO2 emission data of one desulfurization tower. This plan intermittently monitors the SO2 emissions of each desulfurization tower, which cannot provide real-time basis for process control. It has high energy consumption, long response time, slightly lower accuracy of detection data, and may result in the SO2 monitoring data of two desulfurization towers being interlinked. The system operation stability is slightly low, and there is a large amount of maintenance and technical complexity in the later stage. There is a high possibility of technical transformation in the later stage, and the on-site safety is also high
The cost of installation and debugging personnel is relatively high.

Install and run
Installation diagram of smoke sampler (hereinafter referred to as sampling probe)
The sample gas enters the sampling probe through the sampling rod and is filtered by a ceramic filter to remove dust from the sample gas; The sampling probe is heated to 120 ℃~150 ℃ by a heater to prevent condensation of the sample gas after passing through the sampling probe.
