4. Public works and usage conditions
Power supply voltage: AC220V ± 20%, frequency 50 ± 2Hz; it is recommended to obtain power locally to ensure relatively stable voltage and power frequency, provided by the user.
Analysis Room: Environmental temperature of system components: 5-40 ℃; Environmental temperature of system components: -20~50 ℃; Humidity: ≤ 90%; It is recommended to set up an analysis cabin on the desulfurization tower platform or install it in a relatively independent equipment room. The principle is to shorten the length of the sampling tube as much as possible to facilitate observation and maintenance while ensuring that the equipment conditions are met, data output is accurate, and the equipment is running normally.
System pressure requirement: 86-106kPa
System flue gas temperature requirement: ≤ 400 ℃
System sampling flow requirement: 2L/min (determined according to the final installation plan, if the length of the sampling tube is greater than 10m, an extraction pump will be added to meet the system sampling flow requirement)
System instrument air pressure: 0.3Mpa
The total power consumption of the entire equipment (kVA): ≤ 5KVA
Scheme composition
Two detection schemes:
Option 1
The design concept of this scheme is to equip each furnace with a complete set of NOx monitoring system. This scheme can continuously monitor the NOx emissions of each furnace in real time, providing a basis for process control in real time. The detection data is accurate, the system runs stably, the maintenance amount is small in the later stage, the technology is simple, and the monitoring problem can be solved in one go. The possibility of later technological transformation is small, and the cost of on-site installation of auxiliary materials and debugging personnel is relatively low.

Option 2
The design concept of this plan is to share one NOx analyzer for two furnaces, with each furnace equipped with separate sampling equipment, pretreatment equipment, and backwashing equipment. The analyzer can switch back and forth within a specified time (≥ 4 hours) to analyze and output emission data from one furnace. This scheme intermittently monitors the NOx emissions of each furnace, with high energy consumption and long response time for switching stages. The accuracy of detection data is slightly lower, but the economic cost is lower.

Install and run
1. Installation diagram of smoke sampler (hereinafter referred to as sampling probe)
The sample gas enters the sampling probe through the sampling rod and is filtered by a ceramic filter to remove dust from the sample gas; The sampling probe is heated to 120 ℃~150 ℃ by a heater to prevent condensation of the sample gas after passing through the sampling probe.
