Xi'an Taikang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taikang Energy") and the School of Chemistry and Materials Science at Northwest University jointly established the Joint Laboratory of Ultrasonic Assisted Synthesis Technology on October 15th. This move aims to deepen industry university research cooperation and promote the application and development of ultrasound assisted synthesis technology in the field of energy technology.

In terms of the School of Chemistry and Materials Science at Northwest University, Professor Zhang Wenyan (Vice Dean) and representatives from the doctoral team of ultrasonic synthesis technology at the school attended. The joint laboratory will rely on the profound research foundation of the School of Chemistry and Materials Science at Northwest University in the field of ultrasonic synthesis technology, combined with Taikang Energy's practical experience in energy technology, to jointly carry out relevant technical research and product development.

Ultrasonic assisted synthesis technology, as an efficient material synthesis method, can effectively improve synthesis efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and demonstrate broad application prospects in fields such as new energy materials and catalyst preparation. The cooperation between Taikang Energy and the School of Chemistry and Materials Science at Northwestern University will provide strong support for the research and application of ultrasound assisted synthesis technology, and promote the industrialization process of related technologies.

The Department of Chemistry was established in 1937, and the School of Chemistry and Materials Science was founded in 2008.
