Laser analyzers can meet the diverse needs of different industries
Date: 2025-09-23Read: 2
The laser analyzer uses a single wavelength and highly directional laser beam, which can more accurately locate the target area and reduce the influence of interference factors compared to traditional methods. Therefore, even trace impurities can be effectively detected, making it very suitable for use in trace analysis and quality control fields. The integration of modern electronic technology and high-speed data acquisition systems greatly shortens the entire testing process, completing a complete scanning cycle almost instantly, making it particularly suitable for application environments such as dynamic monitoring and online detection.
The design of many models takes into account the convenience of on-site use, and can be directly installed next to the production line or in other difficult to access locations, without the need for complex preprocessing steps, reducing the threshold for use and maintenance costs; Some products adopt non explosion proof design to ensure safe and stable operation in flammable and explosive environments, expanding the scope of application; In addition to conventional material composition identification, it can also achieve various functions such as particle size distribution measurement and surface roughness evaluation, meeting the diverse needs of different industries.
Measurement steps of laser analyzer:
1. Sample preparation
-Select the appropriate preparation method based on the type of sample to be analyzed. Usually, liquid samples need to be diluted, while solid samples may require grinding or dispersion treatment. The sample to be tested is mixed with a dispersion medium in a certain proportion to ensure uniform dispersion and no agglomeration.
2. Instrument settings
-Set corresponding parameters based on the characteristics of the sample and the required analysis results. Mainly including laser power, scattering angle, sampling flow rate, measurement time, etc.
3. Calibration system
-Use standard particulate matter for instrument calibration to ensure the accuracy and reliability of particle size distribution results. Regularly calibrate and validate the instruments, and perform repeated measurements to verify the reliability of the results.
4. Sample injection
-Inject the prepared sample into the instrument for analysis. Ensure that the sample injection system is clean and bubble free to avoid affecting the test results.
5. Start measuring
-Start the instrument and initiate laser particle size analysis. During the measurement process, record relevant data and observe changes in the curve. The instrument will automatically measure the distribution of scattered light and calculate the particle size distribution through software.
6. Data analysis
-Analyze and interpret the particle size distribution of the sample based on the data and curves provided by the instrument. Can further process data, generate reports, etc.
