The RL-602 cement kiln online process analysis system is an online monitoring instrument designed for continuous monitoring of gas content in cement kilns/lime kilns/coal chemical/smelting/petrochemical/industrial pipelines. Different measurement parameters can be selected according to different environments, and the monitoring system can accurately measure the content of various components in pipeline gas.

1. Refrigeration technology

Adopting compressor condensation/electronic/vortex tube (explosion-proof and environmentally friendly) refrigeration technology, the sample is rapidly cooled and harmful components are separated. Equipped with temperature regulation, supporting high and low temperature alarms, and exclusive cooling methods to avoid component loss.

2. Intelligent automatic drainage&self-cleaning

Automatic drainage design reduces manual intervention, the device has self-cleaning function, can be reused, and is easy to maintain.

3. Vapor liquid separation

Special separation technology effectively separates condensates from samples, ensuring analytical accuracy.

4. Environmental protection, explosion-proof and fully dry process

The entire process of the sampling system, sample pipeline, pipe joints, suction pump, etc. is anti-corrosion treated with stainless steel, polytetrafluoroethylene or special anti-corrosion treatment, greatly improving the durability of the system. Explosion proof refrigeration technology, meeting the requirements of harsh working conditions and operation.

Used for online detection of oxygen, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide content in hazardous areas such as chemical processes and new materials with explosion-proof gases or combustibles;

① Monitoring of emissions from coal-fired power plants; ② Cement plant emission monitoring ③ Industrial kiln emission monitoring; ④ Monitoring of desulfurization and denitrification processes ⑤ Monitoring of waste incineration emissions; ⑥ Monitoring of sulfur recovery emissions.
