Key points for maintenance of rock compression testing machine
1、 Three level maintenance system
1. Daily maintenance (daily maintenance+weekly maintenance)
1) Daily routine maintenance: Operators check equipment lubrication, handle position, and safety devices before work; Monitor parameters such as sound, temperature, and pressure during class operation; Clean up iron filings and oil stains after work, and fill in the handover record.
2) Zhou Jianbao: Clean the equipment guide rails, transmission parts, and work site, check the oil quality of the hydraulic system, wipe the surface of the motor, and ensure reliable insulation of the electrical system.
2、 First level maintenance (every 1000-1200 hours)
Led by operators and assisted by maintenance personnel, the equipment was partially disassembled to inspect and clean the oil circuit, replace the oil filter, adjust the fit clearance, tighten the bolts of each part, record any defects that were not removed, and conduct acceptance inspection.
3、 Secondary maintenance (every 3000-3500 hours)
Led by maintenance personnel, disassemble and inspect equipment, replace worn parts, repair electrical systems to meet the standard of integrity, and archive maintenance records after acceptance.
Special maintenance of key components of rock compression testing machine
1. Mechanical transmission part: Regularly lubricate the guide rail and screw, use the manufacturer's specified lubricating oil, maintain the oil level centerline, and avoid insufficient or excessive oil.
2. Hydraulic system: Clean the oil lines and filters, regularly replace the hydraulic oil, check for leaks or blockages in the oil circuit, and ensure stable oil pressure.
3. Electrical system: Check whether the control panel and connecting wires are intact, avoid exposed wires or poor contact, and regularly verify sensor and instrument signals.
4. Vacuum pump (if applicable): Preprocess solvent containing samples, regularly replace the oil, maintain the oil level centerline, prevent backflow, and operate in the correct order when starting and stopping.
5. High and low temperature impact box (if applicable): Automatically defrost every 100 cycles or periodically to maintain uniform temperature inside the box, clean the heating tubes and partitions, and prevent dust accumulation.
Environment and operating specifications for rock compression testing machine
1. The equipment should be installed in a dry, ventilated, and non corrosive gas environment, avoiding high temperatures or strong vibrations.
2. Confirm the test direction (tensile/compressive) before operation, and check whether the display's compression switch or signal light is correct.
3. Avoid overloading operation and strictly conduct tests according to the rated load of the equipment to prevent mechanical damage.
4. Start up at least once a month, preheat for 5 minutes, and run several times without load to eliminate air in the oil circuit.
Fault diagnosis technology for rock compression testing machine
1、 Abnormal pressure malfunction
1. The pressure cannot rise:
1. Check the power supply voltage and whether the motor conveyor belt is loose (adjust or replace the conveyor belt).
2. Confirm whether the fuel tank is full and whether the fuel delivery valve is blocked (clean the valve cone and interior).
3. Check if the position of the needle valve on the side of the working oil cylinder is correct (adjust the nut and screw to seal the oil circuit).
4. Clean the oil filter in the fuel tank to prevent blockage and insufficient oil delivery.
2. Unstable pressure:
1. Check whether the oil pump pipeline system is leaking or blocked, and whether the oil pressure regulating valve is opened too much.
2. Confirm whether the oil pump is severely worn, and whether the connecting rod bearing, main shaft bearing and other components are worn.
2、 Mechanical vibration and abnormal noise
1. Abnormal vibration:
1. Use vibration signal analysis technology to measure the vibration value, frequency, and phase of the equipment, and determine the fault location (such as loose anchor bolts or poor foundation quality).
2. Compare the frequency spectrum structure of similar devices and identify resonance states (such as a certain air compressor exceeding vibration standards due to loose foundation concrete).
2. Mechanical abnormal noise:
1. Check whether the crosshead pin, pin cover or crosshead tile is loose, and whether the main bearing or crankshaft pin is worn.
2. Confirm whether the oil pressure is too low and whether the lubricating oil is used improperly or too cold.
3、 Electrical and control system malfunction
1. The force gauge pointer vibrates or stagnates:
1. Remove the air inside the force measuring cylinder (newly installed equipment requires exhaust).
2. Check if the sensor is functioning properly and calibrate it if necessary.
2. Abnormal display or malfunction in operation:
1. Restart the device, update software or check if the connection cable is loose.
2. Confirm whether the fuse or circuit breaker has tripped and whether the ambient temperature is within the allowable range (≥ 5 ℃).
4、 Hydraulic and lubrication system malfunction
1. Low oil pressure:
1. Check whether the pump pressure is cavitating and whether the rotating parts hit the oil surface to produce foam.
2. Confirm whether the oil filter is dirty and whether there is excessive oil leakage at the main bearing.
2. Lubrication failure:
1. Check if the lubricating oil circuit is unobstructed and if the oil scraper ring is worn or improperly installed.
2. Confirm whether there are impurities mixed in the lubricating oil that cause the bearing shell to become rough.
