第1Step: Preparation work

2.Prepare personal protective equipment（PPE）Such as lab coats, goggles, and chemical resistant gloves.

第2Step: Unlock and open the cabinet door

1.Double person operation confirmation: This cabinet adopts a double person double lock management mechanism. Two authorized personnel must be present at the same time to carry out the operation.

2.Insert key: Two operators insert their respective dedicated keys into the corresponding mechanical lock holes on the cabinet door.

3.Rotating unlocking: After confirmation by both parties, rotate the key to unlock.

4.Open the cabinet door: Press the button on the cabinet door“Open the door”Button (green indicator light on). The cabinet door will automatically and smoothly open.

第3Step: Storage and retrieval of chemicals

1.Efficient access:

Open and stop the cabinet door to access or place items on both sides. Using height adjustable shelves, plan the storage location of chemicals reasonably, with large bottles at the bottom and small bottles at the top. It is recommended to store chemicals vertically to avoid splashing liquids.

2.Anti dumping protection: When accessing items, if the height spacing between the shelves does not meet the requirements for safe access, the anti dumping activity protection devices that are standard on both sides should be moved to a lower position. Placing it in a high position after storage and retrieval can effectively prevent items from slipping.

3.Time requirement: After the cabinet door is opened, please60Complete access operation within seconds. The system comes with a delayed safety locking function, which will automatically start and shut down and sound an alarm when it exceeds the time limit.

第4Step: Close and lock the cabinet door

1.Close the cabinet door: After completing the operation, press“close the door”Button (red indicator light on).

During the process of closing the door, a buzzing alarm will sound to remind surrounding personnel to pay attention and prevent accidental clamping.

When the cabinet door is closed to a specific angle, it will pause2Second, then slowly close, do not reach out during this process.

3.Resistance rebound: If a foreign object is touched during the closing process, the cabinet door will automatically stop and rebound to ensure safety.

4.Confirm locking: After the cabinet door is closed, two operators rotate and remove their respective keys to implement decentralized management.
