Structure and Material:
External material: High quality steel plates with a thickness greater than or equal to 1.2mm are usually constructed by spot welding, such as 1mm 18Ga steel plates. The surface has been treated with epoxy resin baking paint, which has the characteristics of dust prevention, rust prevention, moisture prevention, and corrosion prevention.
Internal structure: Two layers of steel plates are separated by 38mm, forming a good fireproof insulation layer. There is a 5-centimeter high leak proof tank at the bottom of the cabinet to prevent accidental liquid leakage. The laminated board is an anti overflow galvanized steel shelf that can be freely adjusted between the upper and lower layers every 6 centimeters, making it convenient to store items of different heights. Each layer can support a weight of over 100kg.

1. Placement requirements
Keep at least 5 meters away from sources of fire (such as heating equipment, open flames) and avoid direct sunlight.
The cabinet should be placed horizontally to prevent liquid leakage or sealing failure caused by tilting.
2. Daily inspection
Weekly inspection: Confirm that the cabinet door seal is not aging and that there is no residual liquid in the leak proof tank.
Monthly inspection: Measure the grounding resistance with a multimeter to ensure it is ≤ 100 Ω; Check if the ventilation opening is blocked.
3. Emergency response
Leakage response: Immediately wear protective equipment, collect the leaked liquid with absorbent cotton or anti-seepage embankment, and prohibit direct flushing with water.
Fire disposal: If there is a fire outside the cabinet, priority should be given to using dry powder fire extinguishers; When a fire breaks out inside the cabinet, professional firefighters should handle it to avoid forcibly opening the cabinet door.
