1、 Preparation work

Confirm equipment status: First, ensure that the glass tube level gauge is in normal working condition, check its transparency, clarity of scale, and whether the connecting pipes are intact.

Placement of equipment: Place the level gauge next to the container or pipeline where the liquid level needs to be measured, and ensure a stable connection between the equipment and the container or pipeline.

2、 Set parameters

Select measurement range: Choose the measurement range of the liquid level gauge according to actual needs, ensuring that it can cover the expected range of liquid level changes.

Set scale: Confirm the starting position of the scale (i.e. the position of the 0 scale) for subsequent reading of the liquid level height.

3、 Start the device

Close valves: Before use, close all valves connected to the glass tube level gauge.

Open the interface valve: Then open the interface valve to allow the measured medium to enter the glass tube.

4、 Read measurement results

Observe liquid level: Wait for the measured medium to fill the glass tube, observe the liquid level height and determine its relative position to the scale line.

Pay attention to the color and transparency of the liquid level so that the scale can be clearly seen.

When reading the liquid level height, keep your eyes at the same horizontal position as the liquid level scale to avoid errors caused by distorted viewing angles.

Record data: Accurately record the liquid level height, which can be recorded using paper record forms or specialized recording software.

5、 Stop using

Close the valve: After the measurement is completed, close the valve at the discharge port and disconnect the connection between the equipment and the container or pipeline.

Cleaning and maintenance: Perform necessary cleaning and maintenance work to ensure that the liquid level gauge is in good condition for the next use.
