3、 Structure and working principle:
1. Structure
The box is made of two layers, inner and outer, consisting of an outer box and an inner box. The outer box is made of cold-rolled steel plate, the inner box is made of stainless steel plate, and the shelf is made of stainless steel profiles, with good corrosion resistance. The water tank below the inner box is used for heating and auxiliary humidification. The humidification system mainly uses ultrasonic humidification instruments, supplemented by water heating and evaporation. The automatic control system is controlled by temperature and humidity control instruments to cool according to the given temperature and humidity, and automatically switch between heating and humidification. The temperature and humidity inside the box are displayed digitally by the instruments.
2. Working principle
Temperature control: When the temperature inside the box is lower than the lower limit set value of the temperature controller, the temperature controller outputs a heating signal to command the electric heating element to start working. Conversely, when the temperature is higher than the upper limit set value, the temperature controller commands the refrigeration system to work. When the temperature inside the box reaches the required value, it automatically stops heating or cooling.
Humidity control: Ultrasonic humidifier is used for humidification, which can ensure that the humidity inside the box reaches ≥ 95%. The humidification device is automatically controlled by a temperature controller. When the humidity is less than 95%, the temperature controller commands the humidifier to work. After reaching the hysteresis value, it automatically stops working. The hysteresis value should be adjusted to 0-1 ℃ and should not be too large.
4、 Usage:
1. The box is in place, leveled, grounded, and left to stand for 24 hours. Clean water is added to the water tank until the water level exceeds the heating tube.
2. Open the box door and take out the humidifier. Open the side door, place the humidifier on the upper tray, remove the transparent water tank, turn it counterclockwise to unscrew the water tank cover, fill it with clean water (distilled water), screw on the water tank cover after adding water, put it back into the humidifier body, then press the humidifier nozzle on, and finally insert the humidifier plug into the socket inside the side door. Turn on the power switch and adjust the spray knob to the zui large position. The temperature and humidity of the temperature controller in the maintenance box have been adjusted before leaving the factory.
3. Connect the power supply to start the instrument. When the temperature and humidity inside the box reach the set value, place the test piece. Heating and cooling are strictly prohibited from being carried out simultaneously.
5、 Main issues:
1. The maintenance box should be used in a ventilated, dry, flat, and non corrosive environment. During daily use, attention should be paid to maintaining the water level of the water tank and humidifier to ensure normal use.
2. After the maintenance box is in place, it needs to be stationary for 24 hours before it can be powered on. The voltage should not be lower than 160V or higher than 240V. Unstable voltage can burn out the control instrument, and a regulated power supply must be used.
3. The compressor should not be started frequently. If there is a power outage or stop during refrigeration work, it must be restarted after a 5-minute interval to avoid damaging the compressor.
4. The equipment must not be inverted to avoid mixing of compressor lubricating oil and refrigerant, which may damage the refrigeration unit.
5. Do not tilt at a 45 degree angle during transportation.
6. Perform insulation testing before work to avoid the risk of electrical leakage.

6、 Common faults and troubleshooting methods:
1. The instrument display is not working
(1) The power is not connected, check the fuse and plug.
(2) The power switch is broken, replace it with a new one.
(3) The instrument output line has come loose and the plug is not securely plugged in.
(4) The contactor is burnt out, replace it with a contactor of the same model.
2. Not cooling
(1) Is the given value of the temperature controller correct? If the temperature controller does not output a signal to set the given value or check the fuse of the temperature controller.
(2) The output signal contactor of the temperature controller is not working, replace the contactor.
(3) Refrigerant leakage.
(4) The compressor is not working. Connect the compressor directly to the power supply. If it still does not work, it means that the thermal relay or compressor is burnt out and must be replaced.
3. The whole machine is not heated
(1) The temperature controller and contactor are burnt out and need to be replaced.
(2) The heating tube is dehydrated and burned out. Replace it with an electric heating element of the same power.
4. If the humidity inside the box is lower than the given value, it will not humidify
(1) Check whether the given value is correct, and then turn the switch on the temperature controller to off to check whether there is spray. If there is no spray, the humidifier is faulty.
(2) When the digital display value is lower than the given value, whether the humidity control instrument light turns red. If it remains unchanged, the hysteresis value should be appropriately reduced. If it turns red but does not humidify, the humidifier should be checked.
(3) If the humidifier is not working properly, first check for scale and impurities on the transducer. The transducer must be kept clean, and then check if the water tank is out of water.
(4) If the temperature controller cannot output a signal, the instrument should be checked. If the temperature displays 01-10%, it is not an abnormal situation. Use a dry cloth to wipe off the water stains on the sensor probe, and it can display normally.
5. The magnetic adhesive strip is not tight. Use heating method to widen the magnetic adhesive strip (with a hair dryer)
6. The leakage of the container should be bonded with epoxy resin or welded with plastic.
7、 Humidifier maintenance
1. When not using the humidifier, please turn off the power switch and unplug the plug.
2. When the following situations occur, the humidifier must be cleaned:
1. There is an unpleasant odor.
2. The fog is normal but it cannot be sprayed out.
3. Small or no fog.
3. How to clean a humidifier
1. When cleaning, first remove the screw cover of the humidifier and do not soak the humidifier in water.
2. Do not use detergents, kerosene, alcohol, or chemical polishing agents for glass furniture, and do not use hot water above 50 ℃.
