Salt spray environment During the salt spray function, the test chamber operates like a typical conventional salt spray operation.

·Compressed air is humidified through a bubble tower before reaching the nozzle.

·The corrosive solution from the internal solution tank is pumped to the nozzle where it mixes with compressed air.

·The nozzle sprays the solution and air into a corrosive mist.

·The box heater maintains the set box temperature.

This function is also used for exposure to pure water mist.

dry environment During the drying function, the blowing blower blows indoor air into the box, creating a low humidity condition inside the box. The temperature of the box is controlled by the box heater.

Stored Environment During the storage function, the temperature of the box is automatically maintained by the box heater. No spray, drying, air purging, or humidity.
