3 Usage and characteristics:

Simulated transportation vibration test bench，Also known as simulated transportation testing machine, it is widely used for testing and experimenting on the packaging of toys, electronics, furniture, gifts, ceramics, packaging and transportation products. The simulated transportation vibration test bench is manufactured according to the transportation standards of the United States and Europe, and meets the transportation standards of Europe and America，Affordable and high-quality. The digital instrument displays the vibration frequency, and the sample clamping adopts a rail guide type, which is convenient and safe to operate. The testing machine is equipped with vibration reducing rubber, which runs smoothly and has low noise.

5 Structure:

6 Installation site requirements:

a)The distance between adjacent walls or other machinery is greater than 60cm;

b)To ensure stable performance of the testing machine, a location with a temperature range of 15 ℃ to 30 ℃ and a relative humidity not exceeding 85% should be selected;

c)Avoid sudden changes in the environmental temperature of the installation site;

d)It should be installed on a horizontal ground (a level should be used to confirm on the ground during installation)

5It should be installed in a place without direct sunlight;
6. It should be installed in a well ventilated area;
7. It should be installed in a place away from combustibles, explosives, and high-temperature heat sources;
8. It should be installed in a place with less dust;

7 preparation：

1Confirmation of power and grounding wires, whether the power wires are properly connected according to specifications and properly grounded;

IIThe machine is installed on a horizontal surface

IIIAdjust the clamping of the sample, place the sample evenly in the adjusted guardrail device, fix the clamping of the test sample, and apply appropriate clamping force to avoid damaging the test sample.

8 Instructions for Use:

a)Place the product to be tested in the middle of the workbench,

b)Loosen the black plum blossom handle, secure the product to be tested, and then tighten all screws on the plum blossom handle;

c)Check if the device has collided with other objects (there must be some around)0.5Mi to1The space of meters;

d)Turn the speed regulator knob to the lowest position;

e)Connect an appropriate power source:220V/50HzAt this time, the monitor is powered on and the entire machine is in standby mode;

f)rootAdjust the time relay according to the product testing time requirements,

9 Maintenance instructions:

a)After each use of the equipment, cleaning work should be done inside and outside the equipment;

b)Regular attention should be paid to anti-corrosion measures for the spray coating of equipment to prevent corrosionrust preventive oil

c)The testing machine should be regularly lubricated with lubricating oil for its transmission parts after long-term use,

4The motor needs to be regularly inspected and cleaned. There should be no dust accumulation on the motor housing that affects the normal operation of the motor. If there is a special sound during operation and the surface temperature is abnormal (temperature greater than 70 ℃), the motor should be stopped immediately for inspection. If the bearing is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner; If the fasteners of the motor seat become loose and cause displacement, they should be reset; If there is a lack of lubricating oil, calcium sodium based grease can be used for lubrication;

5、Please do not disassemble or assemble electrical components and equipment parts at will, in order to avoid damaging the electrical control circuit and causing equipment malfunction that affects its performance;

6When storing and using equipment, there should be no flammable, explosive, or corrosive substances around;

7Please have a dedicated person operate, use, and maintain the precision instruments of this machine;

The free service period of this testing machine is one year from the date of manufacture (consumables are not included in the free scope, excluding travel expenses).

2．The main proof of free service

When there is a dispute over service matters, we mainly rely on the "Instructions" issued by our company as evidence.

Note:1Please keep the "Instruction Manual" properly in your company. If it is lost, please contact our customer service department within one month to report it.

2If the instruction manual is altered or not stamped with our company seal, it is invalid.

3．In the following situations, even within the valid warranty period, technical or material fees may still be charged at discretion:

b)Malfunctions caused by user negligence or operational errors;

c)Damage caused by failure to use power supply voltage according to regulations;

d)Self dismantling and repairing resulting in damage;

e)Lending to others for use resulting in malfunction;

h)Improper transfer or transportation resulting in malfunction;

i)Services in remote areas.

a)The speed display table cannot move,Otherwise, the consequences of parameter tampering will be borne by oneself.

b)For our company's products originally installed and used in Guangdong, if the products are moved for use outside Guangdong, regardless of whether they are within the warranty period, the transportation and travel expenses of the service personnel shall be borne by the customer.
