Directly setting the transformation ratio of the test transformer (this function comes with password protection) allows for flexible application when connecting testers of different voltage levels, truly achieving a console/box that can be used in conjunction with multiple transformers.
Automatic timing function. When the voltage automatically rises to the set value during automatic control, the equipment automatically starts timing. When the timing time is up, the test result is displayed and the equipment automatically returns to zero.
The boosting speed can be set, and can be adjusted according to the transformation ratio of different test transformers equipped to achieve a more reasonable effect.
During the experiment, there is a display on the screen indicating that the experiment is in progress, constantly reminding operators to pay attention to safety.
Preparation before operation:
Wiring inspection:
It is necessary to confirm that the connection between the control console and the test transformer is correct (the instrument end is connected to the instrument end, and the grounding end is reliably grounded), the power line is connected to a 220V/380V AC power supply, and the door interlock function line needs to be short circuited.
Parameter settings:
Before the experiment, it is necessary to set the test voltage, withstand voltage time (1-60 minutes), and protection threshold (overvoltage protection is set to 1.1 times the test voltage, and overcurrent protection is usually 500mA).
Security protection:
The experimental area must maintain a safe distance of ≥ 2 meters, and the high-voltage tail must be double grounded.
After the experiment, a discharge rod must be used to discharge the high voltage end, and the power supply must be disconnected after the voltage returns to zero.
Equipment maintenance:
Long term disuse requires preheating with electricity for 20 minutes.
Check the electrode connection status of the heating system every quarter.
