Operation method of three-phase thermal relay tester:

Before connecting the power supply, the "power control" switch should be turned off and the "A-phase modulation", "B-phase modulation", and "C-phase modulation" should be turned counterclockwise back to zero.

2. Connect the power supply, connect the "power input" terminals A, B, C, and N to a three-phase four wire power supply, and then connect the "A, B, and C phase current output" terminals and the "switch input" active contact terminal to the tested relay contact using dedicated test wires.

After the connection is completed, close the "power control" switch, press the "start" button, clockwise adjust the required test current for "A-phase modulation", "B-phase modulation", and "C-phase modulation", then press the "stop" button, and press the "start" button again to perform characteristic testing on the tested relay.

4. For operations with phase loss or three-phase imbalance, simply disconnect or return one phase to zero and open.

5. If there is only a 220V power supply on site, the ABC input can be short circuited to the live wire of the power supply and the N wire of the equipment can be connected to the neutral wire; Other operation methods are the same as 1, 2, 3, and 4.

When using the product as a three-phase high current generator, please short-circuit the normally closed switch first!

Daily maintenance:

Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly wipe the surface of the equipment with a soft cloth to keep the bimetallic strip clean and avoid rust. If rust is found, it can be gently wiped with a cloth dipped in gasoline. It is forbidden to use sandpaper for polishing.

Environmental inspection: Ensure that the temperature difference between the equipment and the motor environment does not exceed 15-25 ℃, otherwise the thermal element level needs to be adjusted.

Connection check: Check if the cross-sectional area of the wire matches to avoid affecting the normal operation of the component due to heat generation.
