The function of online monitoring: When the battery pack is in online discharge, uniform charging, and float charging states, real-time online monitoring of the battery pack and each individual battery can be carried out. The monitoring content includes: the overall voltage of the battery pack, the voltage of each individual battery, the charging and discharging current of the battery pack, the monitoring time of the battery pack, the charging and discharging capacity of the battery pack, and other indicators.
The device supports constant current and constant power discharge testing modes: it can meet various testing requirements. When it is necessary to test the battery capacity, the constant current discharge mode can be selected to accurately test the actual capacity of the battery pack; When it is necessary to test the load capacity of the battery, the constant power testing mode can be selected to accurately simulate the backup power supply time of the battery pack with real load.
◆ Online compensation discharge function: During online discharge, the host displays current=battery pack discharge current=host internal false load current+actual load current. As the actual load current changes with the online voltage during online discharge, the host internal false load battery will also automatically adjust to ensure that the battery pack is discharged in a truly constant current manner
Single unit monitoring module: Users can choose to set the type of single unit voltage. Single voltage monitoring module, with optional wired and wireless options. Each wireless monitoring module can simultaneously monitor 24 1.2V2V4V68V12V battery cells, making the wiring operation of the wireless module simpler.
During the capacity discharge test, four discharge termination conditions can be set simultaneously: ① The entire set of voltage termination conditions; ② Termination conditions for individual voltage; ③ Termination conditions for discharge time; ④ Termination conditions for discharge capacity. The ongoing testing process can also be manually terminated as needed;
7-inch ultra large touch screen: Equipped with a large-sized touch screen, users can directly click and operate on the screen, which is simple and clear.
During the testing process, real-time detection and display of the voltage of each individual cell: the change trajectory of the voltage bar chart of each individual cell is presented on the host screen, and the highest and lowest voltage cells can be automatically displayed in real time to help you quickly analyze the trend of individual cell changes. And it can display a bar chart of individual voltage.
◆ Discharge parameter preset function: allows up to 9 commonly used discharge parameter settings to be pre-set, and in many cases, there is no need to reset the discharge parameters, making it convenient for users to discharge and accelerating testing speed. Users can also modify the built-in preset parameters.
Intelligent discrimination program: enables the instrument to automatically determine whether the individual monitoring device has fallen off or truly reached the threshold, avoiding human interruption of the discharge process and making the testing process smoother.
