Axle temperature monitoring

During high-speed operation, the axles of trains are subjected to extreme mechanical stress and frictional heat, which can easily lead to local overheating caused by bearing wear, loose bearings, and excessive axial or radial clearance; Set up Gewu Youxin high-speed infrared thermal imaging cameras at key locations along the railway line to automatically scan the axles of passing trains for detecting axle boxes, bearings, etc., to prevent faults caused by high temperature deformation. Monitoring of road tire brake pads

In vehicle self ignition accidents, overheating of brake pads is the main cause. Especially on long downhill sections of highways in mountainous areas, frequent braking by trucks leads to a sharp increase in brake pad temperature, and heat is transmitted to the tires through the wheel hub, which can easily cause tire blowouts or spontaneous combustion. Traditional manual inspection and subjective judgment of drivers are difficult to achieve dynamic monitoring. After installing the Gewu Youxin high-speed infrared thermal imaging camera X640HWF300 on a certain section of the highway, the high-temperature warning system for highway vehicles has greatly reduced the occurrence of vehicle self ignition accidents. The system can provide timely warnings for high vehicle temperatures on the highway, which plays an important role in driving safety.
