Automatic enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plate washingThe machine is mainly used to clean some residual substances after enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plate detection, thereby reducing errors caused by residues in the subsequent detection process. It has been widely used for cleaning enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plates in hospitals, blood stations, health and epidemic prevention stations, reagent factories, and research laboratories.
Product Features:
Chinese large screen LCD display, menu style operation.
More than 8 or 12 cleaning channels can be selected for full page cleaning or individual Flat noodles cleaning modes.
Optional support for two-point suction, with a residual cleaning solution of ≤ 1ul per well. It has a microporous plate bottom flushing function to ensure that the washing machine has shaking and soaking functions, reducing interference adsorption during the reaction process.
The pressure of the cleaning solution can be fine tuned to meet various special cleaning requirements.
Adjustable flushing time and pipeline flushing effectively avoid pipeline blockage.
Suitable for various types of bottom microplates such as flat bottom, U-shaped bottom, V-shaped bottom, etc.
Can store more than 100 user-defined washing programs.
Equipped with residual/waste liquid overflow liquid level alarm function.
Daily maintenance:
Clean the shell and stage with a damp cloth, and wipe the optical lens with anhydrous ethanol;
Must be executed: Rinse all pipelines with distilled water, discharge residual liquid to prevent blockage;
Check if the suction needle is bent and empty the waste liquid bottle in a timely manner.
Periodic maintenance:
Weekly: Disassemble the washing solution/waste liquid pipeline and use a syringe to inject pure water to flush the inner wall;
Monthly: Calibration of liquid absorption accuracy (error ≤ 2.0%) and residual liquid volume (≤ 1 μ L/well);
Quarterly: Replace aging sealing rings and lubricate mechanical guides.
