Ceramic fiber energy-saving furnaceScope of use:
Heat treatment: used for heat processing, cement, building materials and other industries, small workpiece heat treatment; Heat treatment such as normalizing, quenching, annealing, etc. for alloy steel products and various metal parts; High temperature sintering of diamond and other cutting blades; Used for quenching, normalizing, annealing, and tempering heating of workpieces such as carbon steel, alloy steel, high manganese steel, and high chromium steel; Various small parts, springs, mold heat treatment, etc.
Pharmaceutical industry: used for drug inspection, pre-treatment of medical samples, etc.
Analytical Chemistry: As a sample processing tool in fields such as water quality analysis and environmental analysis, it can also be used for petroleum analysis.
Coal quality analysis: used for determining moisture, ash content, volatile matter, ash melting point analysis, ash composition analysis, elemental analysis, etc.
Installation steps:
Open box inspection: After opening the packaging, check whether the furnace body is intact and undamaged, and whether the accessories are complete.
Placement: Place the furnace body flat on a flat indoor floor or shelf. The controller should avoid vibration and should not be placed too close to the electric furnace to prevent overheating from affecting the operation of internal components.
Thermocouple installation: Insert the thermocouple into the furnace by 20-50mm and fill the gap between the hole and the thermocouple with asbestos rope. Connect the thermocouple to the controller using compensating wires, and be careful not to reverse the positive and negative poles.
Power and grounding: Install a power switch at the power cord entry point to control the main power supply. To ensure safety, the electric furnace and controller must be reliably grounded.
Maintenance and Precautions:
Regular cleaning: Regularly clean impurities and residues in the furnace to keep it clean.
Check the components: Regularly check the integrity of the heating elements, and replace them promptly if any damage is found.
Avoid overloading: Avoid overloading to prevent equipment damage.
Safe operation: During use, attention should be paid to safety to avoid accidents such as burns.
Long term disuse: When not in use for a long time, the equipment should be powered off and kept dry.
