The National Forest Soil Professional Committee Academic Annual Conference and "Future Forest Soil Science: Challenges and Frontiers" Academic Seminar are scheduled to be held in Changsha, Hunan Province from September 20-22, 2024.
This conference is jointly hosted by the Forest Soil Professional Committee of the Chinese Forestry Society and the Forest Soil Professional Committee of the Chinese Soil Society, and organized by the School of Forestry of Central South University of Forestry and Technology. The conference will focus on the theme of "Future Forest Soil Science: Challenges and Frontiers" for communication.
The main topics of the meeting are: 1 Academic Exchange and Seminar: The conference will focus on academic reports and exchanges on research related to "efficient management of forest soil for soil safety and sustainable use, soil pollution and remediation, forest soil and global change, macro processes and micro mechanisms of forest soil, multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary joint innovation of forest soil, digitalization, informatization, modularization, and intelligent management system construction of forest soil"; 2. The Chinese Forestry Society and the Forest Soil Professional Committee of the Chinese Soil Society organize construction activities; 3. Plan research topics for the 15th Five Year Plan; 4. Discuss the content of next year's activities, with a focus on discussing the annual conference topics and the hosting units.
