Fully automatic pour point analyzerThis pour point analyzer is suitable for monitoring and controlling the pour point of petroleum products in transformer factories, power supply departments, refineries, railways, oil storage stations, and commercial departments. It is a necessary instrument for rapid analysis.
Instrument features:
1. Chinese LCD display, controlled by microprocessor, dynamically simulates working status with graphics;
2. Using semiconductor refrigeration technology, the measurement process is automatically cooled, temperature controlled, and detected;
3. Automatic measurement of oil injection, testing, oil discharge, and printing completed;
4. Suitable for light oils with pour points ranging from 10 ℃ to -60 ℃;
5. PID composite temperature control technology, precise temperature control;
6. The cooling temperature difference can reach 90 degrees Celsius, which is suitable for the detection of most samples.
Daily maintenance is the foundation. After each test, be sure to rinse the oil cup and pipeline with the test oil sample to avoid residual oil stains affecting the next result. If the oil cup and pipe wall are contaminated with oil, they can be cleaned with degreaser, but it is strictly prohibited to use a water pressure switch for short circuit, otherwise it will burn out the refrigeration board. After the test is completed, remember to tighten the oil cup cover to prevent dust from falling in.
Regular inspections are essential. Check if the power plug is properly plugged in, if all connecting wires are loose, if the air pump and air duct are functioning properly, if the refrigeration system is working, and if the water pressure switch is sensitive. If it is found that the sample in the oil cup and test tube does not automatically drain after testing, it may be due to blockage of the oil guide hose or solenoid valve, which needs to be replaced in a timely manner.
Operating standards are the guarantee. Before starting up, carefully read the instruction manual, check if the power supply voltage meets the requirements, and correctly connect the water circuit and air pressure. Ensure that the oil cup cover is tightly sealed during testing, otherwise it will directly affect the test results. When replacing the sample, the oil cup must be cleaned thoroughly, and the pipeline must also be cleaned after the test to maintain cleanliness.
