The full-time operator must be a formal staff member of the profession, and temporary staff can only complete auxiliary work and cannot independently complete hydrogenation and desorption operations.

2. Full time operators should be aware of the chemical structure and physicochemical properties of the reaction materials for the hydrogenation reaction to be completed. Otherwise, they have the right to refuse experiments. The catalyst to be used should be familiar with its performance and processing requirements, and the amount of catalyst should not be increased arbitrarily. The solvent to be used should be required to have a purity above analytical purity, and solvents containing oxide peroxides lower than industrial purity should be refused.

3. Strictly follow the operating procedures of the high-pressure hydrogenation reactor, complete each step carefully and meticulously, and prohibit completing experiments that exceed the technical requirements of the hydrogenation reactor itself, such as ultra-high temperature, ultra-high pressure, high viscosity, and high volume; Do not use solvents that are corrosive or damaging to the hydrogenation reactor, such as sudden cooling and heating; Any violation of operating regulations, such as the three strong acids, must be stopped by dedicated operators.

4. Before entering the high-pressure hydrogenation reactor experimental area during daily commuting, the ventilation fan must be turned on for air exchange. During hydrogen addition and release operations, the forced ventilation fan must be turned on for ventilation, and the ventilation fan must be turned on in a timely manner during work. After work and holidays, all power and water sources in the operation area should be turned off, and the hydrogen cylinder valve should be checked and confirmed to be closed without any abnormalities. The doors and windows should be closed to activate the hydrogen leak warning system.

5. Smoking is prohibited in the high-pressure hydrogenation reaction experimental area! Prohibit any behavior that can generate open flames or sparks, such as wearing leather shoes with iron nails! Do not wear chemical fiber clothing that is prone to sparking! Mobile communication tools are not allowed to be brought into the explosion-proof operation room!

6. The installation and use of ordinary electrical plugs and switches are prohibited in the explosion-proof operation room and hydrogen storage room. If temporary use of electrical appliances is necessary, the power cord must be connected and plugged in before turning on the explosion-proof switch.

Regular maintenance of high-pressure hydrogenationReaction kettleAnd its ancillary equipment, including regular replacement of rupture discs, regular accuracy measurement instruments, and regular pressure tests on high-pressure hydrogenation reactors. If damage or other abnormal conditions are found in the high-pressure hydrogenation reactor and its ancillary equipment, they should be immediately stopped from use. Only after the cause is identified, the fault is eliminated, and the debugging is qualified, can they continue to be used. Hydrogenation reactors that are no longer suitable for pressure testing should be unconditionally eliminated, and high-pressure testing operations with faults for any reason are prohibited.
