2. When loading the reaction medium, it should not exceed 2/3 of the liquid level of the kettle body!

3. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble under pressure during work or at the end! It is strictly prohibited for the kettle to work under overpressure and overheating conditions!

4. When cleaning the high-pressure reactor, special attention should be paid not to let water or other liquids flow into the heating furnace and junction box to prevent the heater from breaking and burning out.

5The sealing surface of the reactor body and lid should be taken special care of. Before each installation, the upper and lower sealing surfaces should be wiped clean with a relatively soft paper or cloth. Special attention should be paid not to touch scars on the sealing surface of the reactor body and lid. If operated properly, it can be used more than tens of thousands of times. After the sealing surface is damaged, it needs to be reprocessed and repaired to achieve good sealing performance.

6. The operation direction of the magnetic stirrer must be clockwise. If there is any abnormal noise inside the isolation sleeve during operation, the machine should be stopped and the stirring system should be checked for any abnormalities. Regularly check the swing amount of the mixing shaft. If the swing amount is too large, the sliding shaft sleeve should be replaced in a timely manner! Due to the use of graphite shaft sleeves for the anti swing device of the mixing shaft, the lubrication of the shaft sleeve is achieved through the generation of water vapor in the reaction medium during the reaction process for self lubrication. If the temperature is low and no water vapor is generated during use, the mixing system may produce noise. Therefore, the mixing shaft must be removed, and the magnetic stirrer must be opened to add lubricating grease for lubrication to eliminate the noise.

7. The corresponding power supply voltage should be connected according to the operating voltage of the controller. The operating voltage of this controller issingle220V phase, wiring work cannot be carried out during power transmission to prevent electric shock! To ensure the normal operation of the controller and the personal safety of the staff, it is necessary to connect the grounding wire! The controller itself is not explosion-proof, so it should avoid flammable and explosive environments such as oil and gas!

8. After the reaction temperature is set, it is not allowed to change the temperature setting value during the heating process to avoid significant temperature overshoot! The temperature sensor is PT100, so special attention should be paid not to bend it too much during use to avoid breakage. The parameters of the temperature control meter have already been set at the factory, please do not enter to modify the relevant parameters.

9. Under the premise of connecting the power supply, even if the heating, stirring and other switches are not turned on, the output terminals of the control panel are still live, and it is not allowed to pull or touch any plugs during operation! After use, the external power supply must be disconnected from the power supply of the controller to ensure safety.

10. The working time display is timed by accumulating internal frequency division, and each power on/off will cause the internal accumulated data to disappear. Attention should be paid during operation.

11. The correct detection position of the speed display is crucial for the stable display of the speed. This position has been adjusted at the factory and should not be adjusted arbitrarily! If the speed is not displayed, first turn on the mixer, then loosen the fixing screw on the speed measuring ring and move it up and down until the speed display stabilizes at.

12. Every time the machine is turned on, it is required that any button should be in its initial state. This requires the operator to develop good working habits and turn the knob back to the smallest position after each operation to prevent excessive current from causing significant damage to the controller during the next startup!

13. Regularly inspect various instruments, sensors, and explosion relief devices to ensure their accurate and reliable operation. The working environment of the equipment should comply with safety technical specifications!

14. Connect the blasting vent to the outside through a pipeline during installation!

15. When the kettle is not in use for a long time, the inside and outside of the kettle should be cleaned and wiped clean without water or other materials, and stored in a clean, dry, and non corrosive place.
