Each operating room should have a passage and outlet leading to the outside. When there is an explosive medium, the equipment should be well ventilated or installed in a ventilated kitchen.

（2）After opening the packaging, check if the equipment is damaged, install the equipment according to the structural diagram based on the equipment model, and verify the equipped parts according to the packing list.

（3）Installation and sealing of kettle body and kettle cover: The kettle body and kettle cover are sealed with stainless steel wrapped gaskets, and they are tightly pressed against each other by tightening the main nut to achieve a good sealing effect. When tightening the nut, it must be diagonally symmetrical and gradually tightened with force, evenly applied. The kettle cover is not allowed to tilt to one side to achieve a good sealing effect. When tightening the main nut, the specified tightening torque must not be exceeded40~200N. MScope: If the pressure is low, it is not necessary to tighten the nut too hard to prevent the sealing gasket from being squeezed or worn out under overload. The sealing surface of the kettle body and lid should be taken care of. Before each installation, use a relatively soft paper or cloth to wipe the upper and lower sealing surfaces clean, and be especially careful not to touch the sealing surfaces of the kettle body and lid with scars.

（4）The installation of valves, connecting fittings, safety valves, and temperature protection pipes achieves sealing effect by tightening. The circular sealing surfaces at both ends of the connection must not rotate relative to each other. When assembling all threaded connections, lubricants or graphite mixed with oil must be applied to prevent biting. The use of valves: Needle valves are line sealed, and good sealing performance can be achieved by gently rotating the valve needle and compressing the sealing surface. Excessive force is prohibited to avoid damaging the sealing surface.

（5）After the equipment is installed, a certain amount of nitrogen is introduced to maintain pressure30Minutes, check for leaks. If any leaks are found, use soap foam to locate the leakage points in the pipelines and pipe openings. After finding them, release the gas and tighten them. Then, conduct a nitrogen pressure test again to ensure there are no leaks before starting normal operation.

（6）Before starting up, it is necessary toThe water jacket between the magnetic stirrer and the kettle cover is filled with cooling water to ensure that the water temperature is below 35 ℃, in order to prevent demagnetization of the magnetic material.When cooling down, water can be used for internal cooling through the cooling coil. Rapid cooling is prohibited to prevent excessive temperature stress from causing cracks in the cooling coil and kettle body.

(7) Safety explosion-proof valve: It adopts a positive arch type metal blasting disc, made of stainless steel with PTFE diaphragm, manufactured according to the national standard GB567-89 "Technical Conditions for Arch Type Metal Blasting", and has been tested before leaving the factory. It cannot be adjusted arbitrarily. If the blasting requires replacement, the replacement period of the explosion-proof membrane shall be determined by the using unit according to the actual situation of the unit. For those that exceed the rated blasting pressure of the blasting disc but have not been blasted, they should be replaced. If they are frequently used, they should not exceed 80% of the lower limit pressure of the blasting disc. When replacing, attention should be paid to the convex surface of the blasting disc facing upwards.

(8) After the reaction is complete, first release the gas inside the kettle through the pipeline to reduce the pressure inside the kettle to atmospheric pressure. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble under pressure. Then, symmetrically loosen and remove the main bolts and nuts, and carefully pick up the kettle cover. During the process of removing the cover, special attention should be paid to protecting the sealing surface and gasket of the kettle body and lid.

(9) Cleaning inside the kettle: After each operation, use cleaning solution (be careful not to corrode the main material when using cleaning solution) to remove the residue on the kettle body and sealing surface. It should be cleaned regularly and kept clean. Hard substances or rough surfaces are not allowed to be used for cleaning.

2. Installation and use of control instrument:

(1) After opening the packaging box, the controller should be visually inspected for any damage or rust caused by poor transportation and storage. The support legs should be opened to check if the controller is level, and the movement of the movable parts should be checked for flexibility.

(2) Connect the wires according to the wiring name on the back panel of the controller,Connect the power supply, heater, motor power supply, temperature sensor, speed sensor, and grounding wire of the controller according to the identification of the wiring terminals. After checking for accuracy, connect the power supply. The power supply voltage is380V.

（3）、Adjustment of temperature section: Please refer to the instruction manual of the matched temperature gauge for operation. It is recommended that users set the program and directly use the self-tuning method when using it for the first time, and determine it through instrument self-tuningPTheITheDParameter values, but this method requires a relatively long constant temperature time for * times of use, and the temperature control accuracy can only be determined more accurately after three rounds of tuning are completedPTheITheDIf the same parameters are used in the future, the self-tuning function does not need to be restarted, and the temperature control can be more accurate.

（4）Adjustment of speed section: Adjust the mixing speed of the motor by adjusting the up and down keys of the speed controller, and refer to the speed display on the mixing speed display table to achieve the desired mixing speed.

（5）TheMaintenance and upkeep of control instruments: Before normal operation, it is necessary to carefully check for any abnormalities. During operation, the back door must not be opened to prevent electric shock hazards. The measuring instruments should be calibrated regularly to ensure accurate and reliable operation. The working environment of the equipment should meet safety technical requirements. Instruments that are not used for a long time or those that work in humid environments should have their overall insulation resistance measured irregularly, and the overall resistance value should not be less than 10 Μ Ω.
