Sievers®Ultra pure water BORON boron analyzerCan be used for deionized ultrapure water applications to achieve continuous automatic online monitoring of ultra-low boron content. This analyzer can detect 10 samples per hour and has a detection limit (LOD) of 15 ppt boron. The Sievers boron analyzer is designed to meet the needs of equipment managers, deionized water engineers, and wafer manufacturing engineers. It can predict mixed bed failures, optimize EDI performance, and control the boron level of polishing circulating water. This boron analyzer can detect an increase in boron content before the release of silica, which helps prevent silica from leaking into ultra pure water.
