Our company has relevant product type approval certificates, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, and provides flow meter products and services to customers in domestic and international markets.

Recently, our company has discovered that some companies use various types of flow meters that are not our products. Without authorization from our company, they use our company name and mark the trademark and factory logo of "Xun'er Instrument" or "Xun'er Technology" on non company products, which constitutes infringement of our company's products. The above-mentioned actions have already caused adverse negative impacts and huge economic losses to our company. Any personal or property losses and adverse effects on our company's reputation resulting from the above-mentioned infringement shall be borne by the infringer.
