The China Central and Eastern European Countries (Cangzhou) Small and Medium sized Enterprise Cooperation Zone, officially approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, is a national cooperation zone for small and medium-sized enterprises in Central and Eastern European countries. It is committed to building a base for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Central and Eastern Europe, a base for industrial cooperation in Central and Eastern Europe, a base for product display and trade cooperation in Central and Eastern European countries, and a cultural exchange center for Central and Eastern Europe in China.

In order to continuously expand opening-up and strengthen close cooperation with Central and Eastern European countries, the cooperation zone has successfully held four sessions of the China Central and Eastern European Countries (Cangzhou) SME Cooperation Forum.

As an important part of the 5th China Central and Eastern European Countries (Cangzhou) SME Cooperation Forum, the 2023 SME Achievement Exhibition, with the theme of "Innovation Activating New Momentum, Cooperation Achieving a New Future", gathers the innovation and entrepreneurship achievements of small and medium-sized enterprises from many countries and abroad, focusing on topics such as technology research and development, achievement transformation, and innovation incubation, showcasing new products, new technologies, new materials, and new applications, and promoting pragmatic cooperation in the field of innovation between China, Central and Eastern European countries, and international SMEs.
