This machine is a new tool that can perform hot pressing experiments on samples in a vacuum environment. The hot pressing plate is closely combined with the vacuum box (or vacuum glove box), and the vacuum degree can reach -0.1MPa, meeting the experimental needs of users in a vacuum environment.

Shanghai Xinnuo recently successfully delivered, installed and commissioned the ZRYZ-600Z1 vacuum hot press for the Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

At the request of the research group, our company dispatched a professional technical team to the site to complete equipment installation, performance debugging, and acceptance testing, ensuring that all indicators of the equipment meet the technical requirements. At the same time, special training was conducted on equipment operation procedures, safety regulations, and daily maintenance, which was unanimously recognized by the teachers and students of the research group.
