Thin film testing accessories:
Fixed liquid tank with a diameter of 32mm;
Detachable liquid tank with a diameter of 25mm;
Single ATR attachment: ZnSe crystal 45 ° angle incidence;Ge crystal is incident at a 45 ° angle.
·Preparation of samples

Tablet pressing method:Dry the sample with potassium bromide (chlorine containing sample needs to be mixed with...)KclAfter the comparison of the tablet spectra is consistent, potassium bromide can be used. Mix and grind at around 1:200, take an appropriate amount and place it in the tablet mold. Make the tablets on the tablet press and test them;
Liquid film method:For volatile liquid samples (such as ethanol), take an appropriate amount with a glass syringe and inject it into a fixed liquid pool (ensuring that there are no bubbles in the middle of the window); For non-volatile samples (such as glycerol), use a capillary tube to take an appropriate amount and drop it into the middle position of the potassium bromide window. Cover with another potassium bromide window and rotate it to form a film. After fixing the two windows, wait for testing.
