Shandong First Medical University purchases Jiaxinhai detachable liquid tank

On the afternoon of June 28, 2022, Professor Zhang from Shandong First Medical University contacted Manager Li to inquire about the difference between a detachable liquid tank and a fixed liquid tank. Manager Li patiently introduced both and inquired about Professor Zhang's experimental requirements, and felt that the detachable liquid tank met Professor Zhang's experimental requirements. But Teacher Zhang is not conducting infrared testing, he is using terahertz to create spectra of some substances. The wavelength of the terahertz band is 30 μ m-3mm. Previously, other customers had purchased terahertz detachable liquid cells. Manager Li searched for previous information and found that the customer was equipped with Teflon window panels. Teacher Zhang said that he needs to check the information again to decide whether to purchase.

On July 4, 2022, Professor Zhang found through literature review that quartz window plates have a low absorption coefficient and are more in line with experimental requirements. Teacher Zhang is quite rigorous, so he still searched for materials of quartz and PTFE separately and conducted actual tests. After testing, it was found that both quartz and PTFE meet the requirements, and their absorption coefficients are very small. Based on the experimental results and the experience of other clients, Teacher Zhang has decided to purchase a set of detachable liquid tanks with Teflon window panels.
