  Digital display blower drying ovenIt is a universal equipment used for sample drying, solidification, and baking in laboratories and industrial production. It achieves uniform temperature inside the box through electric heating and air blowing systems, and is widely used in fields such as food, electronics, materials, medicine, etc. It can process various forms of samples such as powders, particles, and devices. ​
Its working principle is based on "hot air circulation heating": the electric heating tubes (such as stainless steel heating tubes) inside the box generate heat after being powered on, and the built-in fan blows hot air into the box, forming a hot air circulation that quickly raises the temperature inside the box to the set value (temperature range: room temperature+5 ℃ to 300 ℃). The digital temperature control system (using PID regulation) monitors the temperature inside the box in real time, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃, and visually displays the temperature and working time through the display screen. ​

The box adopts a double-layer steel plate structure, with insulation cotton (such as aluminum silicate fiber) filled in the middle to reduce heat loss; The box door is equipped with an observation window (made of tempered glass material) for easy observation of the sample status, and is also equipped with a sealing strip to ensure stable temperature inside the box; The inner liner is mostly made of stainless steel material (304), which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean; Some models come with an over temperature alarm function, which automatically shuts off when the temperature exceeds the set value by 10 ℃ to prevent sample damage and equipment failure. ​

Attention should be paid to operation and maintenance: samples should be evenly placed on trays to avoid stacking and affecting hot air circulation; The heating rate should be controlled at 5-10 ℃/min to prevent the sample from deforming due to sudden heating; Clean the inner container after use to remove any sample residue; Regularly inspect the heating tube and fan, and replace them promptly if any damage occurs. ​
