The diameter of the plug is 60mm, and there are four types of plugs to choose from: dry body, liquid tank, blackbody, and surface temperature. Temperature calibration furnaces are widely used in multiple industries, including but not limited to the following areas:
1. Mechanical industry
In the process of mechanical manufacturing, temperature is a key process parameter, and temperature calibration furnaces can be used to calibrate and detect temperature sensors in mechanical equipment to ensure the accuracy and stability of the production process.

The calibration process of temperature calibration furnace mainly includes the following steps:
Preparation tools: Tools such as temperature calibration rings, calipers, and reference tables need to be prepared.
Set temperature curve: Set the temperature curve according to the demand, for example, raise the temperature to 1580 ℃ in 10 minutes and keep it at that temperature for 60 minutes.
Place the temperature measuring ring: Open the furnace door, place the temperature measuring ring in the center position of the heating, and then close the furnace door.
Start heating: Start the heating program and start heating.
Cooling and measurement: After the program runs, remove the temperature measuring ring and place it on the cooling table for complete cooling. After cooling, measure its diameter with a caliper.
Comparison and recording: Compare the measured diameter with the reference table, record the data, and complete the calibration.
