Ultrapure water systemProduce grade I (reagent grade) ultrapure water using pre treated pure water (reverse osmosis, distillation, deionization, or Elix produced water) as the influent, with a water production flow rate of up to 1.2L/min. Meets or exceeds the Class I water quality standards set by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), the American Pathological Society (CAP), and the National Council of Clinical Medicine (NCCLS); Compliant with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and GMP management standards. For applications that require ultra-low TOC (total organic carbon) levels, the Synergy UV system can be used, which has a built-in dual wavelength UV lamp that can produce ultrapure water with TOC<5ppb, making it ideal for HPLC, GC, ion chromatography, and TOC analysis. Both systems mentioned above are capable of online detection and display of water quality, such as resistivity and conductivity, and provide non temperature compensation values for resistivity and conductivity in accordance with USP and EP requirements. The produced water will automatically circulate to maintain water quality and has two water intake methods: quantitative and manual. When the system consumables need to be replaced, the system monitor will automatically remind the user.
