Wireless temperature and humidity monitoring systemUsed for monitoring and storing data of various temperature devices (refrigerators, incubators, constant temperature and humidity chambers, cold chain transportation, etc.) to verify the effectiveness of production and storage processes.
The software is installed on the client server and requires logging in to view real-time data.
Support multi-point installation, manage all collection devices and alarms under the system.
Level 4 user management permissions, including administrator, batch administrator, regular user, and metrologist.
Powerful data analysis, statistics, management, and storage functions ensure that data cannot be changed and will not be lost (even in the event of power outages or network system crashes, data will be automatically saved locally).
The software comes with email alarms and can be optionally equipped with local sound and light alarms, GSM SMS alarms, phone alarms, etc. oMysirius' alarm management can achieve personalized customization; If the alarm information is not processed in a timely manner within the set time range, another person in charge will be notified, and the relevant person in charge will be notified through SMS or email.
Design a user-friendly, intuitive, and customizable interface based on personal preferences.
Hardware preparation and deployment:
Equipment wiring:
Connect the temperature and humidity sensor to the wireless gateway: Connect the sensor signal line to the gateway serial port terminal by pressing "A to A, B to B".
Power the gateway and sensors by switching on and off the power supply, and confirm that the power indicator light (PW), work indicator light (WRK), and network indicator light (NET/LINKA) are in normal condition.
Sensor installation and positioning:
Duct scene: Insert a probe into the duct opening, tighten the anti loosening screw, and seal the gap.
Space monitoring: Priority should be given to deployment in the return air outlet or core area, using hanging rings or wall mounted fixation (installed by drilling holes according to the equipment bracket position).
Protection and verification:
316 stainless steel shell sensors are selected for high temperature and high pressure environments (such as sterilization rooms).
Verify the accuracy of data after the first power on (for example, humidity data needs to be divided by 10 to convert the actual value).
